Are your pieces handmade?
All pieces are individually cast, assembled, and finished by hand in small batches.
How do I know which variant I am buying (The Vault)?
The selected variant corresponds to the exact piece shown in the product image. Each Vault piece is individually finished and unique.
Will my piece look exactly like the photos?
Vault pieces are one of a kind and match the selected variant. Archive pieces may show small variations due to the handmade process.
Will sold out items return?
Some pieces return in future releases. Others may never return.
Processing
When will my order be shipped?
Most orders are send out within 1–3 business days.
Do you offer custom work?
Yes. Custom pieces and variations are available in limited capacity. Use the contact page to submit a request.
Shipping
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from Belgium with tracked shipping.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to most countries. If your location is not available at checkout, feel free to send a request and we’ll look into it.
How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery times:
- Belgium: 1–3 business days
- Netherlands / Germany / France: 2–5 business days
- Rest of Europe: 3–7 business days
- United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
- Other international destinations: 10–20 business days

Can I request a custom version of a piece?
Yes. We love custom versions! (bubblegum pink ghostface mask, check!)
Please send a request with details and we’ll see what can be created.
Can I reserve an item?
Reservations unfortunately aren't possible. If you’re interested in a piece, it’s best to claim it while available.
How can I contact you?
Use the contact page to submit a request. You’ll receive a reply within 1 day max.
Returns
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of our pieces, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you have an issue with your order, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your piece arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Can I return a custom piece?
Custom pieces are generally not eligible for return due to them being custom made especially for you. If something is wrong with your order, please don't hesitate to send us a message through our contact form, our hello@crimsonbatstudios.com .
