Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
In accordance with European consumer law, customers within the EU have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the item.
To exercise this right, you must notify us by email at

Conditions for Returns
Returned items must:

be unused and in their original condition

be returned in original packaging, including protective materials

show no signs of use, damage, or alteration
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Limited editions

Made-to-order or custom pieces

Sealed items

Items clearly marked as final sale

Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
These exclusions are permitted under EU law.
Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

We recommend using a tracked shipping method

Crimson Bat Studios is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email.
If approved:

refunds will be issued to the original payment method

processing may take up to 14 days after approval
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at

clear photos of the packaging and the item
Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be accepted.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different item, please place a new order after your return has been approved.
