Behind the Bat

Crimson Bat Studios is a small Belgian workshop creating ritual objects, artefacts, and cinematic props in limited batches.

Each piece begins as an idea but is finished as a physical presence. Cast, refined, and sealed with intent. We work object-first, valuing material and soul over trends or volume. What we make is meant to be felt, displayed and kept.

The Source

Our work draws inspiration from ritual, myth, and the "monsters" that have fascinated me since childhood. While others found comfort in fairy tales, I found my calm in the shadows. In the inexplicable. Sculpting is my ritual; it is the moment where the mind finds stillness.

The name Crimson Bat is a quiet tribute to a departed companion. A "little bat" with atypical ears who embodied the unique, the strange, and the loyal.

Atmosphere over Spectacle

We seek subtle references and quiet tension. Objects that suggest a story without explaining it. Our production is deliberately limited:

• No mass-production

• No endless restocking

Crimson Bat Studios exists between studio and archive. A place where objects are created with obsession, released with passion, and then left to make a stand on their own.
