Order Processing

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, unless stated otherwise on the product page.
All items are carefully hand-packed, with attention to the object, materials, and finish.

For limited editions, made-to-order items, or hero pieces, processing times may be longer. Any extended handling time will be clearly indicated prior to purchase.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Belgium

  • Selected countries within the European Union

Shipping outside these regions is not available at this time.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are shown clearly at checkout and depend on the destination.

  • Belgium: flat rate

  • EU (limited): flat rate

We do not offer free shipping. Shipping fees reflect careful packaging, handling, and tracked delivery.


Delivery & Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Estimated delivery times are indicative only and may vary due to external factors such as carrier delays or peak periods.


Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at
hello@crimsonbatstudios.com, including:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the packaging and the item

Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be accepted.


Liability

Crimson Bat Studios is not responsible for:

  • delays caused by shipping carriers

  • errors in the shipping address provided at checkout

  • damage occurring after delivery due to improper handling or storage
